DESCRIPTION

ELECFREAKS Octopus Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor (Analog Capacitive Soil) is the soil moisture electric brick in our Octopus series, the basic design is from the Octopus electric bricks, and the setting of its outlook, the PCB fixing hole and the connectors are the same.
Adopting the capacitive sensing principle to detect soil moisture, perfectly avoids the problem of the easy to corroded of resistive transducer and greatly extends its service time.
