Age-Appropriate Kits for Interactive Scientific Learning

 LEGO Education Science is available in three different age-related solutions. Each hands-on kit includes LEGO® bricks, building instructions, intuitive hardware, and a USB charging cable to engage students. The sets comprise 120 curriculum-aligned science lessons that are easy to implement, ensuring that lesson time is used effectively and direct classroom engagement is guaranteed.

Teacher Portal

All lessons are freely available on a new digital platform for teachers via the LEGO Education website. Teachers can log in to the platform to access preparation materials, lesson plans, and class presentations that support the lessons.


Science and Technology for students aged 8 and above 

Thanks to LEGO® Science, students get to know science and technology in a practical way.

Each set consists of 336 LEGO® bricks, a dual motor, a remote control, 2 connection cards, and building instructions. One set enables four students to collaboratively build one LEGO® model that serves as the foundation for their learning process.

The LEGO® Education Science lessons are designed for different types of learning methods. They spark students' curiosity and engage every learner in the lesson. The lessons can be used immediately, allowing teachers to spend less time on preparation and more time enabling each student to make exciting discoveries.

Support for teachers 

Each set includes free unlimited access to the LEGO® Education Science portal for teachers. Teachers will find detailed lesson plans for inquiry-based learning in 5 steps, lesson presentations, accompanying notes, and materials to get started.


What is the target audience?

LEGO Education Science is designed for children from the final year of kindergarten to the first year of secondary school. With three versions for the age groups: 5 to 7 years, 8 to 10 years, and the first year of secondary school.

How many kits are needed per class?

One kit is required for every four students.

What’s included in the LEGO Education Science Kits?

Each kit includes everything needed to get started immediately, including building instructions, LEGO bricks, and the relevant technical elements suited to the specific age group.

Are all lessons free?

Yes, all lessons are available for free through the Teacher Portal. However, teachers need to create a free account to access more than the three sample lessons.

Why is an account required to access the lessons?

When a teacher creates a profile, the learning experience is simplified so that only the most relevant content is displayed based on the location and age group that the teacher is instructing.
