To work in conjunction with air purifiers and achieve the highest efficiency in filtration, each HEPA composite filter is made up of a high-quality pre-filter layer, a fine absorption layer, an activated carbon filter, and a HEPA filter. The HEPA composite filters are capable of removing large particles such as dust and harmful ultrafine particles.

Features

Pre-filter layer – Made of non-woven cotton, the pre-filter layer has good air permeability and can remove large dust particles.

Fine absorption layer – This layer is made of high-quality, tightly woven materials and can remove ultrafine particles.

Activated carbon filter – This layer is made of porous carbon materials with many large holes, which increases the surface area exposed to air by 20 times. When it comes into contact with air, it starts to absorb harmful gas molecules. It can absorb large molecular organic gases such as benzene, small molecular gas pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide and formaldehyde, and odors.

HEPA filter – Made of a mat of fine fibers, this layer has small holes and high absorption capacity. The HEPA filter is effective in removing particles and efficient in purification. It can remove 99.7% of particles with a diameter equal to or greater than 0.3 µm and 99% of fine particles with a diameter of 2.5 µm (PM2.5), filtering out particles that are 100 times smaller than PM2.5.
